Cirica, appointed by the Board of directors of the Bethany Evangelical Foundation, is a Methodist, graduated, with a thirty years experience in a multinational company, and specialized in Health Management at the Luiss University. Cirica – in charge since January 1st – has been for a long time member of the Board of directors of the foundation and of the hospital, first as Secretary, then as Vice President and, in recent years, as President.
It is the first time, since the hospital opened in October 1968, that a Protestant takes up this position. The watchwords on which the new manager is aiming for his direction and for the strengthening of the hospital role in the territory and in the Campania region, will be: “quality, innovation, productivity, teamwork, communication and ethics”. With a vocation to “put at the centre – always and only – patients and weak people”.
Among the future projects, the expansion of the structure with the doubling of the spaces, with the same number of beds.
